Your New Role
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that enhances our brand presence and engages our community. You will leverage a deep understanding of current digital trends and social media tools to boost our online presence and cultivate a strong community around our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging content tailored to our audience to drive traffic and increase engagement on our various social media accounts.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, utilizing analytics tools to make data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and customer support to align social media campaigns with business objectives.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages promptly, fostering a sense of community and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.
- Lead social media campaigns from conception to execution, including paid advertising initiatives and promotions.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce compelling and visually appealing content.
- Organize and participate in social media promotional events and campaigns to increase our online visibility.
- Support customer engagement by addressing queries and feedback received through social media channels.
- Train and mentor junior team members on effective social media practices and strategies.
What You Bring to the Table
The ideal candidate for the Social Media Manager position at TechSphere should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or relevant experience in a digital marketing role.
- Proficient understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and implement improvements.
- Creativity in content creation, along with a strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand voice.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
